Say hello

to Purple Lime Merch

Social media content. You know you need to do it! You know you need a strategy - and you know your business deserves more than the odd random post. But how do you make that a reality when you’re running a busy business - and life is busy in general?

When Lisa - owner of Purple Lime Merch - approached me about her social content, I knew she had so much potential. Flogging products via Instagram was never going to be a hit. But building on her brand as fun, ‘edgy’ and not afraid to ‘say it as it is’ was absolutely the right direction. As a homeware brand, Purple Lime required volume - and a larger audience that would enjoy their content, helping build brand awareness of this quirky online homeware store.

I now work with Purple Lime every month to produce their social content. It’s so fab having them as a retainer client - and I love the growth we’ve achieved over the past year or so.

Purple Lime’s social content retainer

Lisa hires me to create social content for Purple Lime Merch every month.

  • • 12 social posts planned, written & designed every month

  • • Drive traffic to link in bio/ live links - so prospects can browse online store

    • Promote in-channel engagement (likes, shares, comments)

    • Build brand awareness - Purple Lime has strong values and morals that are central to their business, but also they want to have fun, entertain and talk to people on their level

  • The real challenge with any social media content for a business is the noise. Instagram is a loud place - so how do you stand out? Purple Lime came to me in March 2023 feeling like Instagram - and other social channels - were a chore and not really working for their business. So, what we did was take a step back and created a strategy that was not based on selling all the time. Instead, we modelled Purple Lime on inspirational accounts like Huns Net and Scouse Bird. Our aim was to share fun, ‘out there’ and purposeful content (sometimes informative) that would engage an audience that would be receptive to product promotion posts.

  • Month on month, we are seeing things go in exciting directions. This month alone (Feb-March 2023), we’ve seen 10,008 accounts reached - which was up 114% from the previous month. Have a nosy at the stats below.

  • “I work with Zoe who provides social media and copywriting services for my business, Purple Lime.

Zoe provides a top quality, invaluable service and has made an enormous difference to the brand.

Since we first started working together March, the impact on our social media platforms and the sales coming from it has been incredible and our growth is still continuing.

Zoe takes away the heavy burden of creating social media content and the posting of it, and turns the process into something that's enjoyable and much less time consuming; allowing me to focus on the rest of the business. She provides a personal yet professional service, and ensures that the brand voice remains consistent and authentic.

Zoe has been the best investment I've made into my business and I'd urge anybody looking to grow in this challenging climate to certainly consider her brilliant services.”
